Installation

Dialog works on both computers and mobile devices (tablet/smartphone). You can always access Dialog app through the browser. However, especially for patient users, it might be more convenient to download the Dialog app to instantly access it from a home screen.

You can install Dialog app on mobile devices that use Android or iOS operating systems. Below you can find the installation instructions.

Android (Samsung, Nokia, Huawei, OnePlus, etc.)

It is possible to install the app using Google Chrome and Firefox.

You have two options:

1. When accessing the mobile app through a browser you will get an installation prompt. Click "Install"
2. If you do not see the installation prompt click the browser menu (usually three vertical dots). In the menu that opens click "Install" or "Install app" (see images below)

iOS (Apple)

On iOS installing the app is currently only supported on Safari browser.

Follow these steps (see images below):

1. Click the Share icon
2. In the menu that opens click "Add to Home Screen"
3. In the pop up that open click "Add" in the top right corner

By successfully following the instructions above, the Dialog app will be installed on your device and you can find it from you application directory.
